About LEAF
LEAF (Literacy Empowers All Families) is a Sarasota County-wide collaborative effort funded by a 
comprehensive, multi-year grant from the Community Foundation of Sarasota County. This multifaceted literacy initiative is administered in part by The Early Learning Coalition of Sarasota County whose mission includes the support of early literacy intervention and development for children ages five and under.
Other proud LEAF partners include the School Board of Sarasota County, Children First, the Sarasota County Library System, WEDU and PBS.
If you are a Sarasota parent with a child who is five years of age or under, the Early Learning Coalition of Sarasota County and the Community Foundation of Sarasota County invite you and your child to enjoy a year long, free early literacy LEAF membership.
